Našu záverečnú bakalársku prácu pod názvom Obchodníci s cennými papiermi-postavenie, pôsobnosť sme rozdelili na štyri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola v našej práci je zameraná na všeobecnejšiu charakteristiku finančného trhu ,na jeho úlohu ,štruktúru a funkcie finančného trhu.
