The role of social worker in the Labour Office of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o výkonu sociální práce ve státní správě se zaměřením na reflexi výkonu práce v rámci dávek sociální péče. Zaměřuje se na výkon sociální práce v agendě příspěvku na péči. Přibližuje okolnosti, které ovlivňují praxi sociálních pracovníků a to zejména nesourodé pracovní podmínky a specifičnost klientely. V teoretické části je ohnisko zájmu zaměřeno na nadefinování základních pojmů, popis Úřadu práce České republiky a zejména výkon práce sociálního pracovníka v agendě sociálních služeb a příspěvku na péči dále se zabývá pracovními podmínkami v této agendě. Cílem empirické části práce je zjistit, jakou roli má sociální pracovník na Úřadu práce České republiky, s jakými problémy se při své práci setkávají a jaký vliv a pravomoci mají ve své práci při rozhodování. V bakalářské práci bude využit jako výzkumná strategie polostrukturovaný rozhovor se sociálními pracovníky Úřadu práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of social work performance within state administration with regard to the reflection of work performance within the social care benefits. It focuses on the performance of sociál work in the agenda ot the care allowance. Approaching circumstances wich affect the work of social workers and especially incongruous working conditions and specific clientele. The theoretical section is further focused on defining basic terms, the Labour Office of the Czech Republic and in particular the exercise of social worker in the agenda of social services and the care allowance also covers working conditions in this agenda. The aim of the empirical section is to determine what role the social worker at the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, what problems they encounter in their work and what influence and powers they have in their work decisions.The thesis will be used as research stratégy semistructured interview with social workers Labour Office.
