The realization of social-activing services for families with children in Nový Jičín

Abstract:

Stěžejním tématem této bakalářské práce je sociálně-aktivizační služba pro rodiny s dětmi (dále SASRD) a sanace rodiny, jakožto jedna ze současných metod sociální práce s cílovou skupinou rodiny s dětmi. Aby bylo možné se zabývat tímto tématem, v teoretické části musely být vysvětleny všechny pojmy spjaté se sociálně aktivizační službou pro rodinu s dětmi. Patří mezi ně definice a funkce rodiny, typologie rodin, rodina funkční a dysfunkční, dále představení sociální práce s rodinou, sociálně právní ochrana dětí, detailně byla popsána sanace sociálně-aktivizační službou pro rodiny s dětmi. Empirická část si kladla za cíl zjistit, jak v praxi probíhá sociálně-aktivizační služba. Díky analýzám kazuistik je možné pozorovat spolupráci SASRD s třemi uživateli, sledovat rozsah práce a metody sociálního pracovníka sanace. Analýza kazuistik společně s analýzami rozhovorů s pracovnicemi spolupracujícího OSPOD se snažila odpovědět na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, jak účinně fungovala sociálně-aktivizační služba pro rodinu s dětmi DOMINO cz, o.p.s. Výsledky výzkumu byly prezentovány v závěru.

Abstract:

The main topic of this thesis is a method of social-activation services for families with children – sanation of family, as one of the current methods of social work with the target group of families with children. To be able to address the service itself, the theoretical part had to be explained all the concepts associated with this. These are: definitions and functions of the family, types of family, the concept of functional and dysfunctional families, social work in the target group of families with children, and the social-activation services for families with children. The empiric part is aimed at practical and concrete work of social-activation service, reader has the opportunity to observe the cooperation of social-activation service with three users, as well as to monitor the extent of method of work social worker. With analysation of interview with social workers from welfare department it seeks to answer the key question of how social-activation services DOMINO cz, o.p.s. worked. In conclusion are presented research results.
