Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vývojom na finančných trhoch, ovplyvnených súčasnou finančnou krízou, ich doterajšiemu stavu a ďalšiemu smerovaniu. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá vymedzením základných pojmov, členeniu, funkciám a hlavným trendom vo vývoji finančných trhov.
