Risk Analysis in the Field of Occupational Safety and Health in Selected Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Analýza rizik v oblasti BOZP vybraného podniku se zabývá problematikou spojenou s bezpečností a ochranou osob při práci. Práce se dělí na dvě části. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na management rizik, který se zabývá analýzou rizik, posuzování rizik. Dále se ještě zabývá management rizik v rámci bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, a také práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatele a zaměstnance v pracovním procesu. Praktická část seznamuje s vybraným podnikem a jeho výrobou. Seznámení se školeními, která probíhají v podniku, jaké osobní ochranné pracovní pomůcky musí pracovníci nosit. Na základě zjištěných informací byla provedena identifikace a analýza rizik s možným zhodnocením.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis Analysis of the risk in the area of safety and health at work of the selected company deals with the problems associated with the security and safety of persons at work. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on risk management, which deals with risk analysis, risk assessment. Further still engaged in risk management in the context of safety and health at work, and also the rights and obligations of employers and employees in the work process. The practical part introduces with the selected firm and its production. Familiarization training, which is underway in the enterprise, what personal protective equipment workers must wear. On the basis of recorded information was carried out the identification and analysis of risks with possible appreciation.
