Tématem práce jsou microgreens a jejich využití v gastronomii a potravinářství. Práce popisuje detailně pojem microgreens, nastiňuje jejich způsob pěstování, druhy použitých pěstebních médií. Jsou zde dále vyjmenovány a popsány nejrozšířenější druhy pěstovaných microgreens. Zároveň práce zmiňuje výhody a nevýhody pěstování microgreens. The topic of the work are microgreens and their use in gastronomy and food industry. The work decribes the concept of microgreens in detail, outlines their method of cultivation, types of cultivation media to use.
