Diplomová práca sa zaoberá témou „Financovanie územných samospráv v Slovenskej republike“. Prvá časť práce je zameraná na vymedzenie základných pojmov, členenie územnej samosprávy a tiež o jeho právnej úprave v Slovenskej republike.
