Sex education of pupils with moderate mental retardation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje sexuální výchově na ZŠ speciální. Detailněji se zaměřuje na problematiku autoerotických projevů žáků se středně těžkou až těžkou mentální retardací. Mezi výstupy práce patří pracovní listy a metodická příručka k sexuální výchově. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. Každou z nich tvoří čtyři podkapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá terminologickým vymezením pojmu mentální postižení, etiologickými faktory, klasifikací a charakteristikou mentální retardace a pojmem kombinované postižení. Druhá kapitola se věnuje systému vzdělávání žáků s mentální retardací. Třetí kapitola pojednává o přístupech k sexuální výchově z historického pohledu, elementárních pojmech týkajících se sexuality a o vlivu sexuální výchovy na rozvoj žáků se středně těžkou mentální retardací. Výzkumu se věnuje čtvrtá kapitola, která obsahuje kazuistiky, analýzu rozhovorů a výzkumné šetření, zaměřující se na intervenci v sexuální výchově.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis speaks about sex education at special elementary schools. Specifically is thesis focused on issue self-stimulation of pupils with moderate up to severe mental retardation. The outputs of the work include worksheets and a guidebook for sex education. The thesis is divided into four chapters. Each of them consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the terminological definition of intellectual disability, etiological factors, classification and characterization of mental retardation and term multiple disabilities. The topic of second chapter is the system of education of students with general learning disabilities. Third chapter describes the approach to sex education from the historical perspective, the basic terms related to sexuality and effect of sex education on the development of pupils with moderate mental retardation. Research is part of the fourth chapter. This chapter contains case studies, interviews and analysis of the research, which is concentrated on intervention in sex education of pupils with moderate up to severe mental retardation.
