Abstract:

Tato závěrečná práce pojednává o pěstounské péči a dětech romského etnika v ní. Primárním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak pěstouni, kteří mají v péči dítě romského etnika, vnímají služby doprovázejících organizací. Dílčím podcílem je též zjistit, zda vůbec a případně jak rozdílně přistupují pěstouni samotní k etnicitě dítěte, které mají v péči. Práce si klade též za vedlejší cíl zmapovat, jaký „balíček“ služeb vybraní pěstouni potřebují či jaká je jejich zkušenost s nabízenými službami a jejich osobními potřebami. V rámci nabízených služeb doprovodných organizací bude kladen důraz hlavně na povinné vzdělávání pěstounů a jeho průběh a reálné potřeby samotných pěstounů.Tato závěrečná práce je rozdělena na dvě části – část teoretickou a část výzkumnou.Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy a slouží pro pochopení části druhé, výzkumné. V teoretické části práce objasňuje pojmy jako je náhradní rodinná péče a specifika pěstounské péče samotné. Práce se soustředí na ukotvení pěstounské péče v zákoně. Po ujasnění těchto základních pojmů práce vysvětluje dále i pojmy, které jsou pro téma specifické, a to například pěstounskou péči poskytovanou prarodičem dítěte. Výzkum je prováděn kvalitativně, a to pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Polostrukturované rozhovory probíhali s konverzačními partnery, kteří jsou pěstouni dětí romského etnika. Pomocí rozhovorů dochází k naplnění stanovených cílů a zodpovězení výzkumných otázek.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with foster care and children of Roma ethnicity who are part of it. The primary aim of the thesis is to find out how foster carers who have a child of Roma ethnicity in their care perceive the services of accompanying organisations. A sub-objective is also to find out whether, and if so, how differently, foster carers themselves approach the ethnicity of the child in their care. The thesis also has the secondary aim of mapping what kind of "package" of services the selected foster carers need or what their experience of the services offered, and their personal needs are. Within the framework of the services offered by the accompanying organisations, the main focus will be on the compulsory education of foster carers and its course and the real needs of the foster carers themselves.This thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and a research part.The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and serves to understand the second part, the research part. The theoretical part of the thesis explains concepts such as foster family care and the specifics of foster care itself. The thesis focuses on the anchoring of foster care in the Czech law. After clarifying these basic concepts, the thesis goes on to explain concepts that are specific to the topic, such as foster care provided by a child's grandparent and so on. The research is conducted qualitatively, using semi-structured interviews. The semi-structured interviews were conducted with conversation partners who are foster parents of children of Roma ethnicity. The interviews are used to meet the stated objectives and answer the research questions.
