Trends and processes of human resources management in a sports club BK Opava a.s. in 2021 and 2022

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza procesů managementu lidských zdrojů ve společnosti BK Opava a.s. a následné sestavení seznamu návrhů a doporučení. Práce je rozdělena do 6 částí. Úvodní dvě kapitoly tvoří teoretický podklad pro následnou analýzu procesů. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy a metody využívané v managementu lidských zdrojů. Praktická část je tvořena zbylými čtyřmi kapitolami. V rámci těchto kapitol je provedena analýza zmiňovaných procesů sledované společnosti a vyhodnocení provedeného výzkumu. Konkrétní metody využité ve výzkumné části jsou hloubkové rozhovory se třemi zástupci organizace a dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci společnosti. Výstupem výzkumu bylo zjištění, že ve společnosti dlouhodobě nefunguje personální oddělení, přesto jsou procesy do jisté míry funkční. V závěru se práce zabývá konkrétními návrhy a doporučeními autora práce, která by mohla pomoci společnosti BK Opava a.s. inovovat procesy managementu lidských zdrojů.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of human resources management processes in the company BK Opava a.s. and submition of a list of proposals and recommendations. The work is divided into 6 parts. The first two chapters form a theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis of processes. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and methods used in human resource management. The practical part is consisted of the remaining four chapters. Within these chapters an analysis of the mentioned processes of the monitored company is performed. The specific methods used in the research part are in-depth interviews with three employees of the organization furthermore a questionnaire survey among the company's employees is used as well. The output of the research was the finding that the HR department has not been operating in the company at all. On the other hand the processes are at some level functional. In conclusion, the thesis deals with specific proposals and recommendations of the author of the thesis, which could help the company BK Opava a.s. inovate human resource management processes.
