Methodical material for development of hockey players' agility at the early school age

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat dostupné zdroje a na jejich základě vytvořit metodický videomateriál se zaměřením na rozvoj agility zejména u mladých hráčů ledního hokeje. Práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Pro praktickou část je vybráno několik cvičení, zaměřených na agilitu. Vybraná cvičení jsou použita ve videích, která jsou prezentována na mnou vytvořených webových stránkách. Na těchto stránkách jsou uvedeny například informace o nácviku a chybách, kterých by se měli účastníci cvičení vyvarovat (Rozcvičení, Cvičení s kloboučky a bez náčiní, Cvičení s míči, Cvičení s tenisáky, Cvičení s agility žebříkem, Cvičení s překážkami a Cvičení s hokejkami). Videa jsou natáčena mimo ledovou plochu, slouží tedy primárně pro letní přípravu hokejové sezóny. Využít je mohou nejen trenéři hokeje, ale také trenéři dalších sportů, ve kterých má agilita vliv na výkon hráčů (fotbal, florbal, basketbal, házená apod.).

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the available resources and on their basis to create methodological video material focusing on the development of agility, especially in young ice hockey players. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. Several exercises focused on agility are selected for the practical part. Selected exercises are used in videos that are presented on the website I created. For example, this site provides information about the exercise and the mistakes that participants should avoid (Warm ups, Exercises with hats and without tools, Exercises with balls, Exercises with tennis balls, Exercises with agility ladder, Exercises with obstacles and Exercises with sticks). The videos are shot outside the ice, so they are used primarily for the summer preparation of the hockey season. They can be used not only by hockey coaches, but also by coaches of other sports in which agility affects the performance of players (football, floorball, basketball, handball, etc.).
