Téma diplomové práce se zabývá neplatným rozvázáním pracovního poměru a jeho důsledky. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první části práce jsou zmíněny možné způsoby skončení pracovního poměru a blíže jsou charakterizovány způsoby, kterými lze pracovní poměr rozvázat. The topic of the thesis deals with invalid termination of employment and its consequences. The thesis is divided into three chapters. In the first part of the thesis, the possible ways of termination of the employment are mentioned and the ways in which the employment can be terminated are characterised in more detail.
