Abstract:

PhDr. Pavel Navrátil, Ph.D. Instituce: Masarykova univerzita, Fakulta sociálních studií Název práce: Životní styl sociálních pracovníků ve vztahu k jejich pomáhající profesi Cílem této magisterské diplomové práce je zmapovat souvislost mezi kvalitou trávení volného času a zvládáním zátěžových situací při výkonu profese sociálního pracovníka. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti sociální práce a konceptu volného času. V části věnované metodologii jde především o popis výzkumné metody a kvalitativní výzkumné strategie. Při sběru dat bylo využito polostandardizovaného rozhovoru se sociálními pracovníky, kteří pracují s rodinou. Oblastí působnosti těchto pracovníků je Olomoucký kraj. Empirická část práce prezentuje výsledky výzkumu a navrhuje možná doporučení. PhDr. Pavel Navrátil, Ph.D. Institution: Masaryk University, Faculty of Social Studies Title of Thesis: Lifestyle of social workers with regard to their caring profession The aim of this diploma´s work is to find the connection between the quality of social workers free time and managing of load situation in their proffesions. Theoretical part of my work is devoted to the basic terms of the social work area, their definingand the conception of free time. The description of experimental method and qualitative strategy of research you can find in the part devoted to methodology. The half – standardized dialogue with social workers working with a family has been used for data – gathering and logging. All interviewed persons have worked in region of Olomouc. In the empiric part of my work you can find the results of the research and some possible recommendations are proposed there, too.
