Abstract:

MERTLOVÁ, Denisa. Hromadná neštěstí v PNP pohledem zdravotnického záchranáře. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Jiří Knor, Ph.D. Praha. 2022. 62 s. Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou Hromadná neštěstí v PNP z pohledu zdravotnického záchranáře. Teoretická část této práce se krátce zabývá nahlédnutím do historie medicíny katastrof, z které se pozvolna přenese do současné doby. Podrobněji se věnuje základním pojmům medicíny katastrof, jednotlivým složkám integrovaného záchranného systému (IZS) a jeho typové činnosti na místě hromadného postižení osob (HPO). Dále se práce zabývá traumatologickým plánem zdravotnické záchranné služby (ZZS), na který navazují třídící metody na místě mimořádné události. Závěr teoretické části přibližuje primární ošetření raněného na místě HPO. Praktická část se zabývá tím, zda nelékařský zdravotnický personál (NLZP) má dostatečné znalosti o hromadném postižení osob, a zda zná rozdělení vedoucích pozic při HPO. V práci jsou zvolené dvě hypotézy. V první hypotéze je předpokládána dostatečná znalost NLZP o třídění raněných, která se potvrdila. Druhá hypotéza týkající se znalosti o rozdělení vedoucích pozic na místě HPO byla rovněž potvrzena. Napsáním této práce vznikl výstup pro praxi, který by měl pomoci zdravotníkům k získání znalostí pomůcek používaných při vzniku hromadného neštěstí.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Mass disasters (MD) from the view of paramedic. Theoretical part of this work to a lesser extend describes the history of the field as well as current knowledge. In greater detail, basic terms of disaster medicine, main components of the integrated rescue system (IRS) and IRS's components' coordination protocols on the site of mass disasters are described. Furthermore, this work describes emergency medical service (EMS) traumatology plan and "on-site" triage methods. This part is then concluded by describing primary medical care for a patient on the site of MD. In the practical part, the assesment of paramedic's knowledge about MD and on-site hierarchy of command is performed. There are two hypothesis in this work. First, the paramedic personnel dispose with a sufficient knowledge about tiage of casualties. This hypothesis was approved. Second, the paramedic personnel dispose with a sufficient knowledge about on-site hierarchy of command. This hypothesis was also approved. Output of this thesis is a practical guide for paramedic personnel, describing triage tools used on the site of MD.
