Corporate Culture

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje firemní kulturu vybrané nadnárodní společnosti, kterou je Skupina ČEZ a její mateřská společnost ČEZ, a. s. V teoretické části práce je popsána historie firemní kultury, firemní identita a prvky firemní kultury. Součástí teoretických východisek je také popis konkrétních typologií, téma diagnostiky a také změna firemní kultury, tyto podklady jsou čerpány z dostupné literatury. Poznatky získané v teoretické části byly dále použity při zpracování praktické části, která na základě sběru dat formou dotazníkového šetření vnímání firemní kultury a firemních principů ve Skupině ČEZ a ve vybraných divizích mateřské společnosti ČEZ, a. s. V závěru vlastní části práce jsou navržena doporučení a případná zlepšující opatření, která by mohla mít kladný vliv na vnímání firemní kultury ve společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis describes the corporate culture of a selected multinational company, which is the ČEZ Group and its parent company ČEZ, a. s. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the history of corporate culture, corporate identity and elements of corporate culture. Part of the theoretical starting points is also a description of specific typologies, the topic of diagnostics and also a change in corporate culture, these materials are drawn from the available literature. The knowledge gained in the theoretical part was further used in the processing of the practical part, which, based on data collection in the form of a questionnaire survey of the perception of corporate culture and corporate principles in the ČEZ Group and in selected divisions of the parent company ČEZ, a. s. In the conclusion of the actual part of the thesis, recommendations and possible improvements are proposed measures that could have a positive effect on the perception of corporate culture in society.
