The analysis of assumptions of managing cultural tourism in the area of Písek

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou předpokladů pro řízení kulturního turismu na Písecku. V první části je rozebrána problematika cestovního ruchu, destinace, kulturního turismu a s tím související destinační management, kulturní dědictví a SWOT analýza. Ve druhé části se vymezuje destinace Písecko a instituce řídící turismus na Písecku. Dále se práce zabývá Strategickým plánem rozvoje města Písku do roku 2025. Poté následuje analýza primární a sekundární nabídky destinace, poptávky, které vytváří a určují podmínky a předpoklady rozvoje cestovního ruchu v Písku a okolí. Dále pojednává o Písecké bonusové kartě a jejích subjektech a o řízeném rozhovoru. Ve třetí části jsou návrhy, jak zlepšit cestovní ruch a jeho řízení v Písku a na Písecku.

Abstract:

This bachelor's dissertation analyzes assumptions for management of cultural tourism in the region of Písek. The first part analyzes problems of tourism, destinations, cultural tourism and related destination management, cultural heritage and SWOT analysis. The second part analyzes and defines the destination of Pisek and the institutions managing tourism in the Pisek area. Also included in the analysis is the Strategic development plan for the town of Písek until the year 2025. This is followed by an analysis of the primary and secondary tourism supply and demand, which creates and determines the conditions and assumptions for the development of tourism in Písek and the surrounding area. It also describes the Písek Bonus Card and it's benefits, as well as a controlled interview. The final section provides conclusions and suggestions on how to improve cultural tourism and the management thereof in Písek and the surrounding area.
