Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pacientů s cévní mozkovou příhodou a rekanalizační terapií pomocí intravenózní trombolýzy. Práce je rozdělena část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku cévní mozkové příhody, rozdělení, diagnostiku nemoci a její léčbu a ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta v subakutní a akutní fázi po podání intravenózní trombolýzy. Abstract:
The principle of this thesis is to overview the crucial problematice of patients with acute ischaemic stroke, who undergo recanaliziation therapy via intravenous thrombolysis. The thesis consists fo 2 parts. In the first theoretical part we assess the baseline characteristics of ischaemic stroke, such as patient clasification and selection, diagnostic procedure and acute recanalization treatment.
