Cieľom diplomovej práce je analýza komunikačnej kampane kozmetickej spoločnosti Camelus a následná formulácia návrhov na jej zlepšenie. Na začiatku teoretickej časti je charakterizovaná marketingová komunikácia, integrovaný prístup k nej, komunikačný proces a modely.
