Tématem diplomové práce je problematika základních práv ve zdravotnictví v souvislosti s evropskou integrací. Jedná se zejména o lidská práva pacientů při poskytování zdravotní péče, která jsou zakotvena v Úmluvě o lidských právech a biomedicíně a Úmluvě o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod a související judikatuře. The thesis deals with issues of fundamental rights in health care in the context of European integration. In particular, the human rights of patients in health care, which are enshrined in the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine and the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the relevant case law.
