Abstract:

Obsahovým tématem diplomové práce je zkoumání úrovně efektivity náboru pracovníků u podnikatelských subjektů podnikajících ve zvole-ných podnikatelských odvětví. Obsahem empirického výzkumu je zkoumání příčinné souvislosti mezi stanovenými metrikami, kritérii a faktory ve vztahu k úrovni efektivity náboru pracovníků. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Za účelem do-sažení cílů práce je realizován primární empirický výzkum kvantitativní formou skrze dotazníkového šetření. Prostřednictvím metod statistické analýzy jsou nasbíraná primární empirická data vyhodnocena a ná-sledně interpretována v obsahovém kontextu diplomové práce. Z vý-sledků výzkumu vyplývá výrazná neefektivita využívání pasivních me-tod náboru pracovníků pro účely obsazení pracovního místa. Z hlediska efektivity náboru pracovníků je hodnotné využívat kariérní weby a fóra pro účely navazování a dlouhodobé udržování vztahů s potenciál-ními uchazeči o pracovní místo. Za nejvýznamnější přínos diplomové práce lze považovat vyhodnocení veškerých stanovených metrik, fakto-rů a metod náboru pracovníků ve vztahu k efektivitě náboru pracovní-ků. Na základě výsledků výzkumu lze konstatovat nutnost individuál-ního přístupu k uchazečům o pracovní místo, reflektování charakteristik pracovní pozice, způsobu práce personálního manažera, obsah personální strategie podnikatel-ského subjektu.

Abstract:

The content of the thesis is the examination of the level of efficiency of recruitment of employees in business entities operating in selected business sectors. The scope of the empirical research is to investigate the causal relationship between established metrics, criteria and factors in relation to the level of recruitment effectiveness. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In order to achie-ve the objectives of the thesis, primary empirical research is conducted in a quantitative form through a questionnaire survey. Through statis-tical analysis methods, the collected primary empirical data are evalu-ated and subsequently interpreted in the content context of the thesis. The research findings indicate a significant ineffectiveness of using passive recruitment me- thods for job filling purposes. In terms of recruitment effectiveness, there is value in using career websites and forums for the purpose of establishing and maintaining long-term rela-tionships with potential job applicants. The most significant contributi-on of the thesis can be considered to be the evaluation of all esta-blished metrics, factors and methods of recruitment in relation to the effectiveness of the recruitment process. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that an individual approach to candida-tes is necessary job applicants, reflecting the characteristics of the job position, the way of work of the personnel manager, the content of the personnel strategy of the business entity.
