Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je personální controlling a jeho možnosti využití ve zdravotnictví. Ve své práci se nejprve věnuji obecnému popisu controllingu a řízení lidských zdrojů. Poté se zabývám rozborem personálního controllingu, kde rozebí-rám úkoly personálního controllingu, druhy personálního controllingu, nástroji per-sonálního controllingu a také jeho cíle. Ve své praktické části se věnuji rozboru a charakteristice konkrétního zdravotnické zařízení poskytující péči v regionu Jižních Čech. Návrh možnosti užití personálního controllingu při vedení a řízení tohoto konkrétního zařízení. Cílem mé práce je posoudit možnosti využití personálního controllingu ke zlepšení řízení a fungování konkrétního zdravotnického zařízení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is about personnel controlling and its possibilities of use in healthcare. I first talk about general description of personnel controlling and about human resource management. The second part of this thesis deals with the analysis of personnel controlling where I discuss the tasks of personnel controlling, types of personnel controlling, personnel controlling tools and also its aims. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis, I deal with the analysis and characteristics of a specific medical facility providing care in the region of South Bohemia. The suggestion of the possibility of using personnel controlling in the management and control of this specific facility. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the possibilities of using personal controlling for improving the management and functioning of a particular medical facility.
