The interpretation of the collection of Bouquets with emphasis on selected hermeneutic procedures

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské diplomové práce je analýza jednotlivých básní s důrazem na představení různých výchozích bodů pro interpretaci, zčásti tedy také seznámení s érou romantismu a s klíčovými momenty života Karla Jaromíra Erbena. Interpretace básnické sbírky je založena na vybraných postupech inspirovaných hermeneutickými mysliteli jak romantismu, tak moderní filosofie, a také některými literárně vědnými přístupy, které jsou hermeneutice blízké, nebo z ní dokonce částečně vycházejí. Práce si klade za úkol popsat osobitost, tvůrčí principy, zdroje, motivy a cíle Karla Jaromíra Erbena. Analyzuje každou z básní, rozebírá je z hlediska prostoru, času a dále pak se zřetelem na témata rodiny, víry a osudu. Vybrané básně srovnává mezi sebou a poukazuje na rozdíly či shody mezi nimi. Dále práce zmiňuje čtenářský ohlas, vliv a význam díla v časovém kontextu. Spojením všech nalezených informací by měl čtenář dospět k hlubšímu porozumění sbírky Kytice.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is the analysis of the individual poems with an emphasis on the performance of the different starting points for the interpretation, partly it’s also familiarization with the era of romanticism and with key moments of the Karel Jaromir Erben’s life. The interpretation of the verse is based on the selected procedures inspired by the hermeneutics thinkers of romanticism as well as by modern philosophy, and also some of the literary disciplinary approaches, which are near the hermeneutics or even part of it. The work aims to describe the personality, creative principles, resources, themes and objectives of Karel Jaromir Erben. It analyzes each of the poems, discusses it in the light of space, time and also in consideration of themes like family, faith, and destiny. It compares some selected poems and points out the differences or conformity between them. This work also mentions a readers’ acceptance, the influence and importance of the work in a time context. By connecting all the found information the reader should reach to deeper understanding of The Bouquet collection.
