Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je zákaznicky orientovaná organizační struktura společnosti, aneb maticové organizační struktury v prostřední nadnárodních korporací. Autorka nejprve vymezuje teoretické pojmy související s tématem. Poté jsou metodou dotazníku a rozhovoru zjištěny informace o problematice z praktického hlediska. Po průzkumu následuje analýza efektivity současných maticových struktur a jejich transformací. Závěr práce je věnován návrhu optimální maticové struktury a pravidel jejího fungování.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis "Customer oriented organizational structure" deals with matrix organizational structure within multinational corporation. At the beginning the author first listed and characterized main theoretical terms. Afterward, the professional experiences were described using questionnaire and interview as survey methods. The author then analysed effectiveness of current matrix structures as well as of its transformations. The final part is proposing optimal scheme of matrix structure for corporations with appropriate guidelines.
