Strategic analysis of the selected organization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou prostředí konkrétní organizace, a to prostřednictvím důkladného zhodnocení současné situace a postavení firmy na základě analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Práce je strukturována do dvou hlavních částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny klíčové pojmy spojené se strategickým řízením, strategií a strategickými analýzami vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí organizace. Praktická část práce aplikuje získané teoretické znalosti na reálnou organizaci - společnost Kermi s.r.o. Tato část se soustředí na konkrétní analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí organizace a jejich zhodnocení. Získané informace jsou následně zpracovány do SWOT analýzy. Na základě provedené SWOT analýzy jsou v závěru práce navržena relevantní opatření a strategické kroky, které by mohly organizaci Kermi s.r.o. pomoci v maximálním využití svých silných stránek, zvládnutí slabých stránek, využití nabízejících se příležitostí a minimalizaci potenciálních hrozeb.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with a strategic analysis of the environment of a specific organization through a thorough assessment of the current situation and position of the company based on the analysis of the internal and external environment. The thesis is structured into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents the key concepts related to strategic management, strategy and strategic analyses of the internal and external environment of the organization. The practical part of the thesis applies the acquired theoretical knowledge to a real organization - Kermi s.r.o. This part focuses on the specific analysis of the internal and external environment of the organization and their evaluation. The obtained information is subsequently processed into a SWOT analysis. Based on the SWOT analysis, the thesis concludes by suggesting relevant measures and strategic steps that could help the Kermi s.r.o. organization to maximize its strengths, manage its weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities and minimize potential threats.
