Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou institutu soudního exekutora a jeho postavením v českém právním systému. Analyzuje přitom některé závažné nedostatky současného pojetí a s nimi spojená úskalí exekuční praxe. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the legislation of the bailiff and his position in the Czech rule of law. It analyses some serious drawbacks of the current conception and the associated difficulties in practice.
