Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o řízení projektů a popisu metodiky PMBOK, kterou vydává Project Management Institut a shrnuje základní osvědčené praktiky a postupy projektového řízení. První kapitola se věnuje problematice řízení projektů, kapitola druhá je zaměřena na popis zvolené metodiky.
