Safety and health protection at work on a vertical band saw in the company AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou v oblasti bezpečnosti práce u obráběcích strojů a je zaměřena na vytvoření bezpečnostních požadavků pro chod vertikální pásové pily OPUS Bonetti v podniku AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s. V práci jsou shrnuty základní zákony a legislativní normy pro bezpečnou obsluhu obráběcích strojů v České republice, uvedena je kvalifikace obsluhy a řízení bezpečnosti a v neposlední řadě jsou popsány postupy pro zjištění nebezpečí a vyhodnocení rizik u strojních zařízení. Práce pozoruje stroj za jeho chodu a sleduje nebezpečí, jež hrozí obsluze. Výsledkem práce je zjištění rizik ohrožujících obsluhu stroje, jejich odhad je proveden vybranou metodou. Po jejich vyhodnocení jsou navržena nápravná opatření a následuje uvedení stroje do reálného provozu při zachování zásad z oblasti BOZP. V závěru práce je provedená diskuse nad zjištěnými poznatky.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the problematic in the field of work safety at machine tools and is focused on the creation of safety requirements for the operation of the OPUS Bonetti vertical band saw in the company AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s. In the thesis are summarized the basic laws and legislative norms for safe operation of machine tools in the Czech Republic, the qualification of the operator and safety management is listed and last but not least are described the hazard identification and risk assessments of the machinery. The thesis observes the machine during its operation and tracks danger to the operator. The output of the thesis is identification of risks endangering the operator of the machine, their assessment is made using the chosen method. After their evaluation, possible corrective measures are suggested followed by putting the machine into real operation while maintaining principles of occupational safety and health. In the conclusion of the thesis, the discussion about the gathered knowledge is done.
