Tato diplomová práce pojednává o náležitostech právního jednání a jejich následcích z pohledu nového občanského zákoníku a judikatury, se srovnáním nejpodstatnějších změn s úpravou občanského zákoníku z roku 1964. This thesis analyses prerequisites of legal action and its consequences in terms of the New Civil Code and case law, highlighting major changes that occurred since the preceding edition.
