Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje poradenskému přístupu k uchazečům o zaměstnání na úřadech práce ve formě „Individuálního akčního plánu“. V teoretické části popisuje práci s touto metodou a v praktické části zkoumá vliv této metody na umístitelnost uchazečů o zaměstnání.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with problems of unemployment and describes the method which is called „Individual aktion plan“. It contains theoretical part which deals with unemployment – what it is, how the Governments employment policy is carried out, what the it career guidance is and which methods are used in Job Office in dealing with the the unemploymed clients. I describe the method which is called „Individual aktion plan“ there, its history and how it can be used now. In the empirical part I deal with the method „Individual aktion plan“ and its influence on unemployed pepole who are looping for thein jobs. In the end of this thesis I summarise the result of the empirick part and I suggest some ways how we can use this method in future work in the Job Office.
