Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany spotřebitele v ČR a na Slovensku při uzavírání smluv přes internet. Cílem práce bylo na základě analýzy obchodních podmínek vybraného internetového obchodu zhodnotit, zda mezi těmito dvěma zeměmi existují podstatné rozdíly v úrovni ochrany spotřebitele při nakupování na internetu. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of consumer protection in the Czech Republic and Slovakia when concluding contracts over the Internet.
