Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na metody náboru nových zaměstnanců a jejich změny v souvislosti s vývojem trhu práce. Teoretická část práce se věnuje pracovnímu trhu, dále popisuje jednotlivé kroky náboru z pohledů vybraných autorů. The bachelor thesis is focused on recruitment methods and their changes by the influence of labor market. The theoretical part deals with unemployment rate and describes all steps of recruitment from the perspective of selected authors.
