Bakalářská práce se věnuje teorii motivace a jaký vliv má motivace na pracovníky v pracovním prostředí call centra. v úvodu je popsána definice motivace, následně jsou popsány druhy motivace a teorie motivace, které se v daném prostředí mo-hou využít.
