Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je přehledem, který se zaměřuje na hodnocení bolesti u pacientů se středně těžkou a těžkou demencí. V současnosti se počet pacientů s demencí s přibývajícím věkem zvyšuje. Bolest je u těch těchto klientů často nedostatečně hodnocený a podceňovaný problém. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is an overview which is focused on pain assessment of patients with moderate and severe dementia. Currently, the number of patients with dementia increases with age. Pain is often an underestimated problem for these clients. As dementia progresses, cognitive functions and communication disorders worsen, so clients are unable to report pain.
