Strategic Analysis of a firm TON a.s.
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování strategické analýzy společnosti TON a.s. Identifikovat externí a interní faktory, které působí na podnik, pomocí analýzy makroprostředí a mikroprostředí, analýzy konkurence, interní a finanční analýzy. Následně tyto faktory vyhodnotit a na základě zjištěných výstupu navrhnout vhodnou strategii.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop a strategic analysis of the company TON a.s. Identify external and internal factors that affect the business, using macro and micro environment analysis, competitor analysis, internal and financial analysis. Subsequently, evaluate these factors and propose a suitable strategy based on the identified output.
