Measurement and assessment of financial stability and performance of the company

Abstract:

V diplomové práci jsou aplikovány metody na měření finanční stability a výkonnosti společnosti MICHAEL Development – KALIŠNICKÁ s.r.o. za období 2003 – 2009. Teoreticko-metodologická část shrnuje poznatky o teorii podniku a jeho podstatě, chování podniku v interakci s okolím, popisuje kritéria výkonnosti podniku. Podstatou této části jsou teoretické poznatky o diagnostických přístupech k měření výkonnosti podniku jako jsou ukazatele finanční analýzy, model INFA, výpočet ukazatele EVA a model CF ROI. Závěr této části shrnuje poznatky o tom, jak obnovit výkonnost podniků nacházejících se před úpadkem. Aplikační část obsahuje charakteristiku vybraného podniku a popis jeho činnosti. V další části diplomové práce je provedena aplikace metod finanční analýzy vybraných ukazatelů, výpočet modelu INFA, výpočet ukazatele EVA a aplikace modelu CF ROI na ekonomických datech z výkazů podniku. Zjištěné výsledky jsou interpretovány v jednotlivých kapitolách a v závěru diplomové práce je provedeno souhrnné zhodnocení stability a výkonnosti vybraného podniku.

Abstract:

There are apllied methods for measuring the financial constancy and efficiency of the company called MICHAEL Development – Kališnická, s.r.o. in the period 2003 – 2009 in this diploma thesis. Theoretical – methodologically part summarizes findings about the Tudory of company and about its body, about behaviour of the company in interaction with surroundings, describes criteria of efficiency of the company. The general bodies of this part are theoretical findings anuit diagnostic attitudes to the measuring the efficiency of the company as are indicators of financial analysis, model INFA, calculation of the indicator EVA and model CF ROI. The ending of this part summarizes findings about the fact, how renovace the efficiency of companies that are before failure. Application part contains characteristics of the chosen company and description its functions. In the next part of the diploma thesis is made the application of the methods of the financial analysis of chosen indicators, calculation of the model INFA, calculation of the model EVA and pplication of the model CF ROI in economic dates from the company´s lists. Established findings are interpreted in particular chapters and there is general valuation of stability and efficiency of the chosen company in the end of this diploma thesis.
