Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je, na základě analýzy současného a minulého stavu, identifikovat klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují zapojení zaměstnanců v rámci Kaizen ve vybrané organizaci.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is, based on the analysis of the current and past state, to identify the key factors that affect the involvement of employees within Kaizen in the selected organization.
