Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o motivaci dobrovolníků. Cílem práce je zjistit, co vede dobrovolníky k tomu, že jsou ochotni trávit svůj volný čas tím, že pomáhají jiným lidem. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení dané problematiky, jsou zde vymezeny základní pojmy, které s dobrovolnickou činností úzce souvisí. Bachelor thesis is about the motivation of volunteers. The aim is to find out what keeps volunteers that are willing to spend their leisure time by helping other people. The theo-retical part is focused on the definition of the issue, there are defined the basic concepts with volunteer activities which are closely related.
