Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá historií a problematikou smlouvy o dílo s platnou zákonnou úpravou. Praktická část je zaměřená na posouzení smluv se stejným kritériem „stavba parkoviště“. Pozornost je věnovaná společným částem ve smlouvách, spolu s podstatnými odlišnostmi, posouzení a ukázání důležitých částí smlouvy, které bývají stěžejní pro rozhodování v soudních sporech. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with the history and issues of contract for work with valid legal regulation. The practical part is focused on the assessment of contracts with the same criterion "construction of a car park".
