Abstract:
V diplomové práci Otázky současné české penologie se zabývám druhy trestů, problematikou alternativních trestů a dalšími opatřeními, nahrazující nepodmíněný trest odnětí svobody. Pojednávám zde také o činnosti orgánů zabývajícími se problematikou organizace a kontroly plnění alternativních trestů.

In the diploma work Questions of the current Czech penology I deal with the types of sentences, the problems of alternative sentences and other measures, replacing unconditional imprisonment. I discuss here also the work of the institutions dealing with issues of organization and control over the implementation of alternative sentences.
