Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele v segmentu cestovního ruchu a analyzuje, jaké výhody či úskalí přináší současná právní úprava. The bachelor thesis deals with consumer protection in tourism and analyses the advantages and disadvantages brought on by the current legislation. The thesis also considers the impact the legislation has on economic life of consumers.
