Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na transformaci systému péče o ohrožené děti a to pohledem vychovatelů dětských domovů. Teoretická část se zabývá východisky transformace systému a definuje ohrožené dítě. Taktéž se zaměřuje na systém ústavní péče a náhradní rodinné péče. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the transformation of the system of care for vulnerable children from the perspective of educators of children's homes. The theoretical part deals with the basis of system transformation and defines an endangered child. It also focuses on the system of institutional care and alternative family care.
