Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dekrety prezidenta Československé republiky Edvarda Beneše. Popisuje osobnost Edvarda Beneše. Způsob vydávání dekretů, proč kdy a jak byly vydávány. Pojednává o událostech, které vedly k vydávání dekretů prezidenta republiky. Práce se zabývá dekrety, které byly vydávány v Anglii a dekrety vydané na území České republiky. Podrobně rozebírá i některé vybrané dekrety.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the decrees of the Czechoslovak president Eduard Beneš. It describes the personality of Eduard Beneš. The way of issuing the decrees, why when and how they were issued. It deals with the circumstances, which lead to issue the decrees of the Czechoslovak president. This thesis deals with the decrees issued in England and the ones issued in the Czech Republic territory …more
