Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vzdělávání nadaných žáků na základních školách. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů nadání a talent. Dále přibližuje formy a možnosti vzdělávání nadaných žáků v rámci českého vzdělávacího systému. Teoretickou část uzavírá stručná charakteristika dvou po sobě jdoucích Koncepcí rozvoje nadání a péče o nadané a přehled nejvýznamnějších institucí podporujících vzdělávání nadaných dětí. Klíčovým cílem empirické části práce bylo zjistit, jak základní školy v Moravskoslezském kraji naplňovaly hlavní úkoly Koncepce rozvoje nadání a péče o nadané v období let 2014-2020. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že v Moravskoslezském kraji jsou základní školy, které podporují nadané žáky a pracují s nadanými žáky v rámci nastavených možností. Ale na druhé straně jsou i základní školy, které zatím se vzděláváním nadaných žáků, nemají žádnou praktickou zkušenost.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis concerns the issue of education of gifted students at primary schools. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the basic concepts of talent. It also introduces the forms and possibilities of educating gifted students within the Czech educational system. The theoretical part is concluded with a brief description of the Concepts of Gifted Development and Care for the Gifted and an overview of the most important institutions supporting the education of gifted children. The key goal of the empirical part of the work was to find out how primary schools in the Moravian-Silesian Region fulfilled the main tasks of the Concept of Gifted Development and Care for the Gifted in the period 2014-2020. The research showed that there are primary schools in the Moravian-Silesian Region which support gifted pupils and work with gifted pupils within the set opportunities. But on the other hand, there are primary schools which have not had practical experience with the education of gifted pupils so far.
