Disadvantaged groups of population on the labour market in Slovakia and in the Czech Republic (with emphasis on the area of Prešovský Region)
Abstract:
In this thesis we study problematic groups on labour market in Slovak republic and Czech republic with focus on Presov region. Twenty years of separate existing of these two republics causes remarkable differences in labor law and law concerning mentioned groups on labour market. Their clarification was the main step to understand differences in employment of disadvantaged groups among regions.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje porovnání postavení problémových skupin na trhu práce v Slovenské a České republice s důrazem na oblast Prešovského kraje. Více než 20 let samostatné existence obou států přitom způsobila výrazné změny v legislativě dotýkající se těchto skupin. Jejich objasnění bylo podstatným krokom k posouzení regionálních rozdílů v uplatnitelnosti znevýhodněných uchazečů o zaměstnání.
