Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou anémií. V teoretické části na úvod popisuji funkci, strukturu a vznik erytrocytů spolu s funkcí, strukturou a biosyntézou hemoglobinu. Uvádím definici anémie spolu s fakty týkajícími se anémie a rozebírám diagnostiku chudokrevnosti. Na závěr popisuji nejčastější typy anémií z hlediska jejich etiopatogeneze a diagnostiky. Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I deal with anaemia issues. In the theoretical part I describe as an introduction the function, structure and formation of red blood cells along with the function, structure and biosynthesis of hemoglobin.
