Cílem této diplomové práce je vyhodnotit postavení handicapovaných na trhu práce v ČR s konkrétním zaměřením na osoby po úrazu páteře. Zhodnotit jejich možnosti, bariéry a další faktory, které jim urychlí návrat na trh práce či navrácení znemožní. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate position of disabled in the labour market in Czech Republic with a specific focus on people after spinal cord injuries. Evaluation of their possibilities, barriers and other factors that can either speed up return to the labour market or prevent them from returning at all.
