Analysis of a selected customer segment from the perspective of the current hospitality industry
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce na téma „Analýza vybraného segmentu z pohledu současného hotelnictví“ se zabývá podrobným popisem segmentu seniorů v rámci cestovního ruchu. Cílem je identifikace charakteristik segmentu seniorů, vytvoření tržního profilu segmentu na základě provedené analýzy a navržení marketingové komunikace a dalších aktivit v hotelovém provozu.

This bachelor thesis on the topic of "the Analysis of a selected segment from the perspective of the current hospitality industry" deals with the detailed descriptions of the segment of the elderly in terms of tourism.
