Burnout prevention needs of workers at the Department of social and legal protection of children in Ostrava.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je orientována na problematiku prevence syndromu vyhoření pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v Ostravě. Na základě přehledové rešerše odborné literatury objasňuje systém sociální práce s rodinou v rámci výkonu funkce orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí včetně podstaty syndromu vyhoření, a především jeho prevence. Výzkumné šetření sleduje potřeby sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a příčiny syndromu vyhoření. Na základě výsledků empirického šetření byly popsány hlavní příčiny vzniku syndromu vyhoření u výše uvedených sociálních pracovníků a byla navržena preventivní opatření vedoucí k eliminaci jeho vzniku.

Abstract:

The master's thesis is focused on the issue of burnout prevention needs of workers at the Department of social and legal protection of children in Ostrava. On the basis of a review of the literature, it explains the system of social work with the family in the performance of the function of the social and legal protection of children, including the essence of burnout syndrome and especially its prevention. The research investigates the needs of social workers of the social and legal protection of children and the causes of burnout syndrome. Based on the results of the empirical investigation, the main causes of burnout syndrome in the above-mentioned social workers were described and preventive measures leading to its elimination were proposed.
