Ověření třídy reakce na oheň u vybraných stavebních materiálů

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na reakci stavebních materiálů na oheň. V první části, kterou představuje teoreticko-metodologická část, je okrajově vysvětlen pojem požární bezpečnost staveb jako celek. V další části se zabývám samotnou reakcí stavebních výrobků na oheň. Je zde uveden vývoj evropských zkušebních a klasifikačních norem a způsob klasifikace stavebních výrobků na základě zkoušek. Následná aplikační část této práce popisuje jednotlivé zkušební metody podle nyní platných norem. Na základě vlastního měření v požární zkušebně Pavus, a.s. ve Veselí nad Lužnicí dojde u vybraných výrobků k určení třídy reakce na oheň. Zjištěná třída reakce na oheň je porovnána s třídou deklarovanou výrobcem nebo distributorem. Na závěr této práce dojde k vyhodnocení, zda výrobci deklarují shodnou třídu reakce na oheň s třídou zjištěnou na základě zkoušek.

Abstract:

This essay is focused on the reaction of construction materials to fire. In the first part, which comprises of the theoretical-methodological part, term „fire safety of buildings“ is explained a bit. In another part, I deal with the reaction of construction components to fire. In this part, development of the European testing and classification standards and the method how to classify construction products on the base of testing is stated. The following application part of this essay describes particular testing methods in accordance with the valid standards. On the base of my own measurement in the PAVUS Fire Testing Laboratory, joint-stock company in Veselí nad Lužnicí,the category of the reaction to fire was determined in selected products. Detected category of the reaction to fire is compared to the category stated by the producer, or the distributor. In the conclusion of this essay, it is evaluated whether the producers declare the same category of the reaction to fire as it is found out on the base of testing.
