Work meaning of teachers of secondary schools and personality
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zkoumá vztah mezi smysluplností práce a osobnostními charakteristikami u 101 učitelů z vybraných gymnázií a středních škol. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak spolu souvisí pracovní smysluplnost a osobnostní faktory. Respondenti hodnotili smysluplnost práce pomocí inventáře WAMI, zatímco osobnostní faktory byly zjišťovány pomocí NEO pětifaktorového osobnostního inventáře. Dále byly použity …more

The Bachelor thesis examines the relationship between meaningfulness of work and personal characteristics among 101 teachers from selected comprehensive and secondary schools.
